Shenseea, born Chinsea Lee in Kingston, Jamaica, has risen from humble beginnings to become one of the Caribbean’s most prominent musical exports. She first gained attention in 2016 with her single Loodi featuring Vybz Kartel, which became a massive hit in Jamaica and across the Caribbean. Her unique blend of dancehall, pop, and hip-hop quickly set her apart in a genre traditionally dominated by male artists.
