Kate Moss

Katherine Ann Moss was born on January 16, 1974, in Croydon, Greater London, England. She was discovered at age 14 at JFK Airport in New York City by Sarah Doukas, founder of Storm Model Management. Her early Calvin Klein campaigns in the early 1990s, shot by photographer Mario Sorrenti, became some of the most iconic fashion images of the decade and established her as the face of a new, more raw and natural aesthetic in fashion that contrasted with the glamorous supermodel look of the late 1980s.
