Francis Ngannou is a Cameroonian-French combat sports athlete widely regarded as one of the hardest punchers in the history of mixed martial arts. Born on September 5, 1986, in Batie, Cameroon, Ngannou grew up in extreme poverty, working in sand quarries as a child.
