Juan Fernando Fonseca Carrera, known professionally as Fonseca, is a Colombian singer-songwriter and one of the most successful Latin music artists of his generation. Born in Bogota, Colombia, he grew up immersed in the rich musical traditions of his country, blending vallenato, cumbia, and other Colombian folk genres with contemporary pop and rock influences.
