Lily Rose Beatrice Allen, known professionally as Lily Allen, is a British singer, songwriter, actress, and author who became one of the defining pop voices of the late 2000s. Born on May 2, 1985, in Hammersmith, London, she is the daughter of actor Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen. Growing up in a creative household with connections to the entertainment industry, Allen had a tumultuous childhood, attending multiple schools before dropping out at 15.
