Zach Braff is an American actor, director, and screenwriter best known for his starring role as J.D. (John Michael Dorian) in the beloved medical comedy-drama “Scrubs” (2001-2010). Born in South Orange, New Jersey, he studied at Northwestern University and quickly moved into television after graduating.
“Scrubs” earned Braff three Golden Globe nominations and established him as a comedic talent with dramatic depth.
