Return & Refund Policy

At Fhemistry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Cosmetics and skincare products (creams, serums, lipsticks, foundations, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products (razors, epilators, oral care items, etc.)
- Fragrances and perfumes that have been sprayed or opened
- Press-on nails, false eyelashes, and similar single-use beauty items
Sealed items in these categories may still be returned if the seal is intact and the product is unopened.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back:
- Email us at support@fhemistry.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back following the instructions provided.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (see Section 5 below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. In some cases, you may not need to return the item.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times vary.
- If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@fhemistry.com.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
