Patrick Starrr, born Patrick Simondac on November 11, 1989, in Orlando, Florida, is an American beauty influencer, makeup artist, and entrepreneur who has become one of the most recognizable figures in the beauty community. Of Filipino descent, Patrick grew up in a traditional household where his passion for makeup was initially met with resistance.
