Offset, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus on December 14, 1991, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, is best known as a member of the legendary hip-hop trio Migos alongside Quavo and Takeoff. The group, formed in 2008 in Gwinnett County, Georgia, would go on to become one of the most influential acts in modern hip-hop. Offset’s rapid-fire triplet flow and charismatic delivery helped define the group’s signature sound, which spawned the “Migos flow” that influenced countless artists across the genre.
