Kenya Moore

Kenya Moore first gained national recognition when she was crowned Miss USA in 1993, becoming the second African American woman from Michigan to win the title. Before entering the world of reality television, Kenya built a career in entertainment with acting roles in films like Waiting to Exhale (1995) and Deliver Us from Eva (2003), as well as appearances on shows like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Living Single, and Girlfriends.

Kenya joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta in Season 5, which premiered in 2012, and quickly became one of the show’s most polarizing and entertaining cast members. Known for her catchphrase “Gone with the Wind Fabulous,” her confrontational style, and her signature hair twirl, Kenya brought high drama to every season. She became a central figure on the show and was involved in some of RHOA’s most memorable moments and feuds.

Outside of reality TV, Kenya has pursued several business ventures. She launched Kenya Moore Hair Care, a line of haircare products that she frequently promoted on RHOA. She has also been involved in film production through her company Moore Style Inc. and has appeared on Celebrity Apprentice, where she was a strong competitor. Kenya has been open about her struggles with fertility, and her journey to motherhood, culminating in the birth of her daughter Brooklyn Doris Daly in 2018, was documented on the show.

Kenya’s personal life has been a significant part of her storyline on RHOA, including her marriage to Marc Daly in 2017 and their subsequent divorce, which was finalized in 2024. Despite the personal challenges, Kenya has maintained her presence in entertainment and continues to build her brand through television, social media, and business ventures.
