Charles Lincoln Neal III, known professionally as Link Neal, is an American YouTuber, comedian, and entrepreneur best known as one half of the comedy duo Rhett and Link alongside his lifelong best friend Rhett McLaughlin. Born on June 1, 1978, in Buies Creek, North Carolina, Link met Rhett on their first day of first grade in 1984, beginning a friendship and creative partnership that has lasted over four decades.

Link and Rhett launched their YouTube channel Good Mythical Morning (GMM) in 2012, which has become one of the most successful daily talk shows on the platform.
