Ryan Serhant is an American real estate broker, television personality, and entrepreneur who became one of the most recognized figures in luxury real estate through his starring role on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York. Born in Houston, Texas, and raised in Topsfield, Massachusetts, Serhant moved to New York City to pursue acting after graduating from Hamilton College. When acting jobs proved scarce, he obtained his real estate license in 2008, entering the market during the financial crisis with no experience and no clients.

Serhant’s breakthrough came when he was cast on Million Dollar Listing New York in 2012, which premiered on Bravo and ran for multiple seasons.
