Grant Gustin is an American actor, singer, and dancer best known for his role as Barry Allen, also known as The Flash, on The CW’s long-running superhero series The Flash. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, he showed an early aptitude for the performing arts. He attended the Governor’s School for the Arts in Norfolk before enrolling at the BFA Music Theatre program at Elon University in North Carolina, though he left before graduating when professional opportunities arose.

Gustin first came to widespread attention playing Sebastian Smythe on Fox’s hit musical series Glee, joining the show in its third season in 2011.
