Nastia Liukin

Nastia Liukin is a retired artistic gymnast who reached the pinnacle of her sport by winning the individual all-around gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Born in Moscow, Russia, to parents who were both accomplished gymnasts themselves, Liukin moved to the United States as a child and grew up training at the gym her father, Valeri Liukin, owned and operated in Parker, Texas.
