Sarah Hyland is an American actress best known for her role as Haley Dunphy on the ABC comedy series Modern Family, which ran for 11 seasons from 2009 to 2020. Born in Manhattan, New York City, Hyland began acting at a young age, making her film debut at age seven in the 1997 movie Private Parts, the biographical film about radio host Howard Stern.
