Jason Sudeikis

Jason Sudeikis is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer best known for creating and starring in the critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso. Born Daniel Jason Sudeikis in Fairfax, Virginia, and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, he got his start in comedy through improv, performing with ComedySportz and iO Chicago before joining The Second City in Kansas City and later Chicago.

Sudeikis rose to prominence as a writer and performer on Saturday Night Live, where he worked from 2003 to 2013, first as a sketch writer and then as a cast member starting in 2005. His impressions of Joe Biden, Mitt Romney, and other public figures became signature bits, and he became one of the show’s most versatile performers.
