Also included in this blend are Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus paracasei, which have been shown to help maintain the gut microbiome and support immune function.

Probiotics + Turmeric: Curcumin, the main active component of turmeric, has been used traditionally for ages. Some research suggests that curcumin may be beneficial for supporting a healthy GI tract, too. Because of its chemical structure, curcumin is also a powerful free radical scavenger, helping maintain balanced oxidative stress while supporting your body’s own antioxidant enzyme activity.
