Modeselektor is a German electronic music duo consisting of Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary, based in Berlin. Since 1996, they’ve been influential figures in the experimental electronic and bass music scenes, known for their genre-defying approach.
Their sound spans techno, dubstep, hip-hop, and experimental electronic music. They co-run the Monkeytown Records label and frequently collaborate with Apparat as Moderat. Their production work and remixes have earned them respect across the electronic music spectrum.
