J-Hope

J-Hope, born Jung Ho-seok on February 18, 1994, in Gwangju, South Korea, is a rapper, singer, songwriter, dancer, and record producer best known as a member of BTS, the globally dominant K-pop group. Before joining BTS, he was an accomplished street dancer and won several national dance competitions in South Korea. He joined Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE) as a trainee and debuted with BTS in June 2013. Known for his energetic stage presence and versatile performance skills, J-Hope quickly became an essential part of the group’s identity.
