Thomas Bangalter is a French musician, record producer, and composer best known as one half of the legendary electronic music duo Daft Punk alongside Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. Born in Paris, France, Bangalter grew up surrounded by music — his father, Daniel Vangarde, was a successful songwriter and producer responsible for hits like ‘D.I.S.C.O.’ by Ottawan.
